Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a powerful framework that helps organizations set, track, and achieve their goals. Originating from Intel and popularized by companies like Google, OKR has become a go-to methodology for businesses aiming for growth and success.
This article sums up my notes, which I refer to sometimes (through an Anki card), to get up to date about what are OKR and why use them.
It helps me state it clearly when I train new teams to use OKR, which usually takes a few presentations and some follow-up during a few months to set OKR, execute, and report them to the top management.
